COOK FROM FROZEN
Cooking temperature 350 degrees F for 15 to 20 minutes to grill, roast or saute. Air fryer: less time needed to prepare (12 to 14 mins). Always check internal temperature with a meat thermometer to ensure poultry is cooked to 74 degrees C / 165 degrees F.

COOK FROM THAWED
Air fryer: 8 to 9 minutes @ 375 degrees F. Cook to internal temp of 165 degrees F. Pan fry 5 minutes on medium heat then cover and cook for an additional 4 to 5 minutes on medium low until reach internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
