Ingredients
- 1 package Rossdown Black Garlic Chicken Skewers
- 1/2 cup cucumber julienned
- 1/2 cup bean sprouts
- 1/4 cup carrot julienned
- 2 tbsp scallions thinly sliced
- Butter Lettuce Leaves
- Cilantro Sprigs to garnish
- Sesame Seeds to garnish
- lime wedges to garnish
Honey-Gochujange Sauce
- 1/2 cup+2 tbsp gochujang
- 3 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp +1tsp sesame oil
Directions
- Preheat grill to medium-high.
- For the Honey-Gochujang Sauce, combine all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until smooth
- Cook Black Garlic Chicken Skewers, turning often, 8-10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 F. Remove from skewers and keep warm.
- In a small mixing bowl combine cucumber, bean sprouts, carrot and scallion and set aside.
- To serve, arrange butter lettuce leaves on a platter, doubling up the smaller ones. Top each with 2-3 pieces chicken and a small pile of vegetable mixture. Drizzle with a small amount of honey-gochujang sauce and garnish with a pinch of sesame seeds and a few small sprigs cilantro. Serve with more honey-gochujang sauce and lime wedges on the side.
