Homemade Chicken Broth
This easy chicken broth recipe is a delicious way to turn leftover chicken parts into a pot of flavorful, nutrient-rich broth. It's perfect for using up scraps and the resulting broth is a versatile base for soups, stews, and sauces.

- Chicken Bones from leftover roasted chicken
- 4 cups Celery
- 4 Cups Water
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Take the bones from your leftover roasted chicken and add onions, celery and 4 cups of water. Bring to a boil and then turn the element down to low. Simmer for a good hour and add a little sea salt and pepper.
Let it cool and remove all bones.
Pour into ice cube trays and freeze. Once frozen remove the cubes and place in bag and you will have instant (IQF: instantly quick frozen) bouillon for your stir fry and gravies.
