Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded napa cabbage (can use green cabbage)
  • 1/2 cup red cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/8 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Dressing

  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp grated ginger
  • 1/2 tsp lime juice
  • pinch of chili flakes or few drops sriracha (optional)

Directions

  • Toss all slaw ingredients together in a large bowl.
  • Whisk the dressing ingredients in a small bowl until combined.
  • Pour the dressing over the slaw, toss well and let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
