Bones from your leftover roasted chicken
4 cups of water (you can add more depending on the richness of your broth)
sea salt and pepper.


Take the bones from your leftover roasted chicken and add onions, celery and 4 cups of water. Bring to a boil and then turn the element down to low. Simmer for a good hour and add a little sea salt and pepper.

Let it cool and remove all bones.

Pour into ice cube trays and freeze. Once frozen remove the cubes and place in bag and you will have instant (IQF: instantly quick frozen) bouillon for your stir fry and gravies.
